|Recommended: YesA great place to live — What a great place to live. The apartments have a lot of charm. The location is convenient to everything. The price is very good for the neighborhood. All of that said, Lia manager and Franco maintenance really put it over the top. They are very helpful and responsive. I would give it more stars if I could.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like the neighborhood. Very close to Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park Village, restaurants and downtown. I always get a quick response to any apartment concerns and maintenance is fast and effective. Parking is a downfall due to limited space especially on weekends. A few amenities would be nice to have like a pool or deck area to lay out. I’ve been here two years now and do overall enjoy living here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have lived at the Hyde Park Collection for a couple of weeks now. I have nothing but a great experience with the management and residents of the Collection. The apartments are gorgeous and well taken care of.
My only remark would be the parking situation. There is plenty of parking for residents, but visitors quite often take the rest of the spots especially if you work late hours .
