Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI will admit towards the beginning of me pursuing interest in Living at Hype Park Collection was an absolutely disaster. From scheduling mishaps and difficulties getting in contact with a leasing office persona. Marilyn Office Manager was able to jump in and provide some assistance. Tashara, joining the team, turn my not so pleasant experience into a great one She was extremely patience and was an absolutely joy to work with.
The property is currently under renovations, so I can't speak much on this area. I will say, everyone seem to be extremely friendly and neighborhood is safe. The absence of adminities, definitely outweighs.. living in a neighborhood.. full of things to do.
I'm excited to see the upcoming changes to the property.

|Recommended: YesBest location overall great place to live — The lighting is phenomenal inside. The updates are great the location is worth every penny The only rec I have would be if the stores to the building would close automatically behind them. Not all residents close the door behind them leaving it open for anyone to come in. Other than that I absolutely love my apartment.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPeople are not that friendly in this building and there are no community based activities that would encourage neighbors to interact socialize. The location couldn't be better.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall I enjoy living at the bonaventure. The neighborhood is great and it is such an easy and accessible place to live. I enjoy the charm of the older building, but with that comes some of the maintenance issues. Overall things have been fixed and I am satisfied with my experience
